Croal Island Associates shall not be responsible in any way for loss, death, injury, or damage to persons or property suffered or incurred by any person in connection with this vacation or any part of it.

Croal Island Associates act only as agents in arranging the various accommodations which are made available and assume no responsibility in connection with the services of any motorboat, train, vessel, aircraft, or other conveyance, excursions, sightseeing, restaurant, and hotel accommodations used in the performance of this vacation. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable, or for any reason whatsoever, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made. Additional expense, if any, shall be borne by the passengers; conversely, a refund will be made to passengers if any savings is effected thereby. All prices quoted herein are based on current fares and rates and are subject to change.

50% of the Grand Total is due within 10 days of booking, or the reservation will be canceled. The full balance is due 6 weeks prior to villa occupancy. Mail payments and reservations to the address at the top of this form page. You will receive confirmation and a receipt within 10 days of receiving your deposit. Deposits and final payments are refundable only if the rental property is re-rented for the same length of time, minus a $200 processing fee.
