POOL & BEACHES
Please use good judgment and caution at all times.  Since some of the swimming pools are deep, children should be constantly supervised and should not be left alone in the pool.  Ocean swimming is usually quite safe, however sea currents and tides may change quickly, so constant vigilance is the best policy.  Snorkeling is quite good when the sea is calm.  If you are unsure about where it is best to swim, check with your Villa staff.
A WORD ABOUT THE SUN
Never at mid-day!!  The sun in Jamaica is very, very intense.  We advise you to apply plenty of sun block to protect your skin from damaging ultra-violet rays.  Wide brim hats are an excellent idea during the daylight hours.
