Useful Information:

The definition of useful information is also as hard as defining what a "good web site" is. I guess for me, the usefulness of information depends on my general spectrum of interests as well as what I am searching for at the moment I locate the site.

If I am searching for pictures of Madonna, and a site, that claims to be an archive of pictures of Madonna, can not get me to one of them within one to two screens maybe this site is really not all that good.

The important point is the fact that pictures of Madonna may not be considered "useful" information by many people, but on the micro scale, a "good site" should provide what a single user wants at that moment.

"Good" Sites: [ Netscape || TimeOut || FirstView || Tao of HTML || Pratt Institute ]
"Bad" Sites: [ Time Out Istanbul || Perot Powell '96 || Mirsky's || Take a Shot! || Squirrels ]
What's a "Good" Site and What's "Bad" Site anyway?
